The Glenn County CA Sheriff’s Jail is a medium-security detention center located at 543 W Oak St Willows, CA which is operated locally by the Glenn County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Glenn County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, municipalities, the US Marshal's Service and the Willows Police Department who do not have their own long-term lock-up.

Money Deposits for Inmate Accounts

Money may be added to an inmate’s trust account via the internet, telephone, U.S. Postal money orders/Cashier's checks (by mail or in person at the jail lobby) and the Kiosk located in the jail lobby.

Online at Smart Deposit: Smart Deposit offers online and telephone payments using a debit or credit card for a nominal processing fee. Funds will be credited to the inmate’s account as soon as your credit card is approved

Visiting Hours

Male Inmates – Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm

Protective Custody Inmates– Thursdays 1pm – 4pm

Female Inmates – Mondays 1pm – 4pm

Inmates on Administrative Segregation- Call the jail at 530-934-6428 for designated visiting time.
