This facility is for adult inmates.
The inmates housed at ADC-Williams Correctional located at 7602 W 7th Ave in Pine Bluff, AR are placed according to their custody level (determined by a number of factors including the past criminal history and the length of their sentence). There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates, especially ones that show a willingness to learn new things that will prepare them for a better life when they are released. The mission is to promote and prepare the offender to leave in better shape than when they arrived, giving them the best chance to never come back and thus lower the state's recidivism rate.
The Randall L. Williams Correctional Facility is a state prison facility with the capacity to house about 500 inmates located in Jefferson County and operated by the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Inmates here can take education courses including classes to earn a GED and can also receive substance abuse education and treatment. Inmates can participate in a regional maintenance program as well as the Paws in prison program which allows inmates to work with animals.

Inmate Telephone – Inmates are provided with coinless telephones during set hours of use. Inmates can only make collect calls to pre-approved numbers. Inmates cannot have cellular phones or calling cards. Inmates can lose their telephone privileges for disciplinary reasons. Each unit has its own telephone policy, so please check with the particular unit for specific hours of use. Boot Camp inmates may write and receive letters only. They have access to telephones only in emergency situations or to notify family or friends prior to graduation from the Boot Camp.
Tobacco Policy – Inmates are not allowed to have any kind of tobacco. This policy prohibits inmates from possessing “any smoking or smokeless tobacco product.” If an inmate does have tobacco, it is considered contraband and the inmate will be disciplined. Visitors and employees must leave all tobacco products in their vehicle. Bringing tobacco products into a facility will result in loss of visitation privileges.
Synthetic Drugs – Synthetic drugs are known by numerous names (Spice, bath salts, K2, and Molly to name a few), and are legally sold in the community as incense or other products "not meant for human consumption" but have an alternate use to produce a high similar to that felt when using marijuana, amphetamines or LSD. The problem is that each batch of these drugs contains different chemicals meaning each batch can produce different effects some of which can be life-threatening. No cellphones, you will be searched before visiting. NO personal belongings. Persons under probation, parole, or other community corrections supervision must obtain the permission of both their individual supervising officer and the superintendent prior to a visit. Such visitation is not normally approved.
If the visitor is under the age of 18 and is a family member of the inmate, they must be accompanied by an adult family member or guardian to include a member of the inmate's extended family. If the visitor is under the age of 18 and is not a family member of the inmate, the minor visitor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
