There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates, especially ones that show a willingness to learn new things that will prepare them for a better life when they are released. The mission is to promote and prepare the offender to leave in better shape than when they arrived, giving them the best chance to never come back and thus lower the state's recidivism rate.

General Visiting Hours:
Saturday and Sunday
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
The non-contact visitation 
Monday through Friday
For a 2-hour period between 9:00am and 2:00pm 
Non-contact visits must be scheduled at least 72 hours prior to the visit by contacting the visitation office.
