The Christian County KY Jail is a medium-security detention center located at 410 W 7th St Hopkinsville, KY which is operated locally by the Christian County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Christian County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, municipalities, the US Marshal's Service and the Hopkinsville Police Department who do not have their own long-term lock-up.

The County Jail exists to provide a sanitary, safe and secure environment where offenders who have been arrested and are awaiting judicial procedures, or those who have been convicted, may take advantage of rehabilitative programs designed to aid in their return to society. By following Constitutional Law and regulations passed down from the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Department of Corrections, the Christian County Jail provides ethical and humane standards of punishment to further deterrence while promoting education and rehabilitation of incarcerated offenders.

Monday    9:00 AM to 10:30 AM    1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Tuesday    9:00 AM to 10:30 AM    1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Friday    9:00 AM to 10:30 AM    1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Saturday    9:00 AM to 10:30 AM    1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Each inmate is entitled to two (2) 15-minute visits per week.

On-Site Kiosks for Video Visitation (No more through the glass visits)

You must schedule your visitation online at www.jailatm.com.
Visitation can be scheduled for up to 48 hours in advance.
Video on-site visits will be Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (last scheduled visit at 2:30)
Remote Visits (From home or other remote location) are 24/7.
