The Lawrence County OH Jail is a medium-security detention center located at 115 South 5th St Ironton, OH which is operated locally by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Lawrence County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, municipalities, the US Marshal's Service and the Ironton Police Department who do not have their own long-term lock-up.

3 white tee shirts
3 white underwear (and 2 white bras with no underwires for female inmates)
2 sets cream or white thermal underwear
3 pair white socks
5 photographs (Polaroid pictures not accepted)
3 paperback books or magazines (no pornographic content)
Personal items may be dropped off Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm and on Thursday during visitation hours only.
