The Lonoke County Detention Facility is a medium-security detention center located at 440 Dee Dee Ln Lonoke, AR which is operated locally by the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Lonoke County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, municipalities, the US Marshal's Service and the Lonoke Police Department who do not have their own long-term lock-up.

All persons who are arrested and taken into custody are transported to the Detention Center for booking and incarceration. The Detention Center is divided into separate housing areas for low/medium security risk males, high-security risk males, and female inmates, as well as isolation and temporary holding cells. The Detention Center houses both pre-trial detainees and post-conviction inmates who are serving sentences or awaiting transport to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

All things that inmates might need, hygiene, food, calling cards, mail supplies, can be purchased through commissary. In order to place money on an inmates account you can either visit Tigerdeposit.com or put money in the kiosk that is located in the lobby, cash or credit cards accepted.
