Hale Creek Correctional offers Comprehensive Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment (CASAT) Program, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment (ASAT), Alternative Drug Treatment (ADT), and Judicially Sanctioned Willard, Relapse and Alternative Shock Placement programs. Hale Creek CF offers academic education, counseling, vocational training, transitional services, and Aggression Replacement Training (ART).
Successful completion of the six-month CASAT Program can lead to work release or to a community-based residential program. Court mandated CASAT participants may be returned to general confinement until they are otherwise eligible for release to the community.

ASACTC has only custodial maintenance vocational courses, offered to select inmates. This facility also specialized in substance abuse treatment, a comprehensive treatment available to inmates and relapse treatment when necessary
