The inmates housed at Conner Correctional Center located at 129 Conner Rd
in Hominy, OK are placed according to their custody level (determined by a number of factors including the past criminal history and the length of their sentence). There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates, especially ones that show a willingness to learn new things that will prepare them for a better life when they are released. The mission is to promote and prepare the offender to leave in better shape than when they arrived, giving them the best chance to never come back and thus lower the state's recidivism rate.
The Dick Conner Correctional Center (DCCC) is a medium security state prison run by the Oklahoma Department Of Corrections located in Hominy, OK. DCCC has a capacity of 1,196 male inmates. is a medium security facility with a minimum security unit. DCCC is named after former Oklahoma State Penitentiary Warden and Osage County Sheriff R. B. "Dick" Conner.
DCCC provides meaningful work opportunities through correctional industries and institutional support, provide community support through the Prisoner Public Work Program, provide educational opportunities, cognitive behavior treatment, faith, and character unit programs, and through reintegration activities to return the offenders to society as a more productive citizen. Dick Conner Correctional Center Health Services provides quality physical and mental health care, Hepatitis C specialty care and supportive education in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Conner CC participates in the Oklahoma Correctional Industries program which provides jobs for over 150 inmates. Additional programs at this facility each inmates life skills and include a faith-based program aimed at reintegration.
Adult basic education and GED classes are offered to inmates who do not possess a diploma. For inmates who already have a high school diploma, they can take college courses and earn an associates degree through Tulsa Community College. Dick Conner Correctional Center gives offenders full-time access to medical and emergency care treatment.
Programs
Education – Many inmates lack education, a key component in avoiding re-incarceration. DCCC offers literacy courses as well as Pre-High School Equivalency and High School Equivalency diplomas. Associate and/or Bachelor degrees may be achieved through facility partnerships with Tulsa Community College and Langston University.
Substance Abuse Treatment – For those inmates who need substance abuse treatment, DCCC teaches them ways to avoid drug and alcohol use, while also helping them develop cognitive, social, emotional, and coping skills needed to avoid using.
Criminal Thinking – DCCC offers Thinking for a Change, Moral Reconation Therapy, and Associates 4 Success programs to address thinking, judgment errors, and relationships linked with criminal thinking/behavior.
Specialized Units – A 24-7 Infirmary provides medical care for DCCC inmates who need intensive monitoring and treatment. A Faith and Character unit provides participating inmates the opportunity to address negative behavior/thinking patterns while developing positive habits and setting pro-social goals.

Visitation Hours
As of May 1, 2019, Dick Conner Correctional Center visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays.
Processing visitors starts through the sign in/shakedown process at 8:30 a.m. and stops at 1:30 p.m.
- Level I – one hour behind glass
- Level 2 – 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Level 3 – 9 a.m.-3 p.m. up to four hours per weekend
- Level 4 – 9 a.m.-3 p.m. up to six hours per weekend
Holidays will not count toward the total number of visiting hours.
Visitation Violations
Violating these rules and others may result in loss of visitation privileges on the first offense based on the seriousness of the violation:
- Escape (aiding and abetting)
- Introduction of weapons(s)
- Introduction of cellular phones/accessories/electronic devices
- Tobacco, tobacco products, drugs or alcohol (illegal)
- Assaults (staff/visitors/inmates; verbal and/or physical)
