The inmates housed at Key Correctional Center located at 3946 U.S. Highway 270
in Fort Supply, OK are placed according to their custody level (determined by a number of factors including the past criminal history and the length of their sentence). There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates, especially ones that show a willingness to learn new things that will prepare them for a better life when they are released. The mission is to promote and prepare the offender to leave in better shape than when they arrived, giving them the best chance to never come back and thus lower the state's recidivism rate.
The William S. Key Correctional Center (WSKCC) is a minimum-security state prison facility that houses about 1,100 OK DOC male inmates is located in Woodward County approximately 13 miles north of the City of Woodward and one mile east of Fort Supply. The mission of WSKCC is to provide custody and control for minimum security male offenders; provide meaningful work opportunities through institutional support and Agri-Services; provide community support through the prisoner public works program. WSKCC provides substance abuse treatment through self-help and the Key to Life Program and Re-Entry through faith-based programs, education, and career tech activities to release a more productive citizen.
The facility covers approximately 3,200 acres, which includes Agri-Services and the Fort Supply Historical Site. The facility has three housing units, A- & AW-Units, which house 311 offenders; C-Unit, which houses 324 offenders; and D- & DN-Units, which house 437 offenders. Besides the three housing units, WSKCC has a 15-bed segregated housing unit (SHU). WSKCC employs 120 staff members, which includes the Agri-Services, Health Services, Education, and Career Tech Departments. The facility has 3 unit managers and 12 case managers.

Units will be allowed to visit on certain days as specified below:
Saturdays: “D” Unit
Sundays: “A” & “C” Units
The visiting level system will be as follows:
Level 1 = 1 Hour (Level – 1 SHU visits are coordinated through the Chief of Security who will establish the time frame and ensure proper supervision is available for the visit.)
Level 2 = 4 hours 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Level 3 = 6 hours 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Level 4 = 8 hours 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Special Visits will be approved through the Warden’s office on an as needed basis. Attorney Visits are approved through the Warden’s office on an as needed basis.
