The Solomon Casseb Jr. Webb County Youth Village is a medium to low-security detention center located at 111 Camino Nuevo Road Hwy 359 Laredo, TX that is operated locally by the Juvenile Justice Department and holds youths awaiting the determination of punishment for the crimes which they are accused. Most of the adolescents are here for less than two years.

The Webb County Juvenile Probation Department provides community-based juvenile probation and detention services in accordance to the provisions of Title III (Juvenile Justice Code) of the Texas Family Code for children who become involved in the Juvenile Justice System as a result of delinquent conduct in order to ensure public safety and assist juvenile offenders become productive and responsible adults.
