(Inmate's Name)

304 South Van Buren

Mount Pleasant, TX 75455

Only plain cards, plain paper, and plain envelopes are excepted. No other items can be in the envelope or it will be returned. If any contraband is found, the sender and/or the inmate may face criminal charges.

When is his/her court date?

We do not know the court dates. You will need to contact the Attorney's Office to determine court dates.

How long until the person will be released after I post a bond for them?

Bonds are processed when we receive them. We cannot give you a specific time the subject will be released. There are many steps to process a bond / release.

The inmate went to court and the Judge said they were going to be released; have you released them yet?

When inmates go to court, we may not receive the paperwork until later that evening or sometimes the court has to wait on the Judge to sign the judgement and the paperwork is not received until the following day. Once we receive the judgement, they will be processed for release if there are no other charges.
