This facility is for adult inmates.

The Washington County OK Correctional Facility is a medium-security detention center located at 611 SW Adams Blvd Bartlesville, OK which is operated locally by the Washington County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Washington County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, municipalities, the US Marshal's Service and the Bartlesville Police Department who do not have their own long-term lock-up.

Inmates may purchase phone cards in $10 or $20 increments during the daily commissary or they may be purchased by friends/family via the kiosk located in the lobby of the facility (this kiosk accepts cash only).

INMATE TRUST FUND/COMMISSARY

At time of processing any currency or coin on the arrestee's person is documented and deposited into the inmate's commissary account. These funds can be used by the inmate to purchase items from the facility's commissary. The facility conducts a daily commissary for items kept on-site as well as a weekly commissary provided by a contracted vendor. Inmates are provided with basic hygiene items (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products) at no cost to the inmate. Family/friends may deposit further funds into the inmate's account through the kiosk located in the lobby of the facility (the kiosk accepts cash or credit/debit card) or via internet at tigerdeposit.com

INMATE PHONES

Inmates are provided phones in their housing units. The method of billing varies dependent on whether the call is made collect with the called party responsible for the call charges or via purchased phone card. Inmates may purchase phone cards in $10 or $20 increments during the daily commissary or they may be purchased by friends/family via the kiosk located in the lobby of the facility (this kiosk accepts cash only). The receiving inmate’s name must be clearly and legibly written on the card when purchasing phone cards at the kiosk.

MEDICAL

Inmates have access to medical care during their incarceration; the facility employs a full-time nurse as well as contracts with a physician for provided care. In accordance with state law (19 Q.S. 68.531), a fee of $8.00 for each medical visit or service an inmate receives will be deducted from any monies in an inmate's fund account as a medical co-payment, however inmates receive medical care regardless of ability to pay the co-pay at the time of services. Prescription medications may be dropped off during regular office hours, these medications must be in their original prescription container. It is recommended jail medical staff be contacted to arrange a time for delivering the medications to the facility

INMATE PROPERTY

Property brought into the facility at the time of arrest and not authorized to accompany the inmate to a housing unit will be secured and stored by the facility. Inmates may release their property to a designee of their choosing. All property (excluding one set of street clothing) will be released to the designee. No outside property will be received for an inmate excluding certain medications and/or religious reading materials.
